This is an original toy, made by Palitoy in 1980, from the THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK film.
It comes completely intact with box and even the instructions and a special offer leaflet.
The spaceship appeared in the scene when Han Solo and the gang were heading for Cloud City to see Han's old friend Lando Calrissian.
They were intercepted when nearing the city by the buzzing Twin-Pods, who were guarding it, as they blagged their way in.
In this condition and with its original box is getting a bit rare these days.
The cockpits open to place a couple of pilots in and it also has handy landing struts.
Here is the instructions on how to work the landing struts and where you put the stickers.
I love the stylish and clear design.
And this is the leaflet with the special offers, which again has a brilliant and immaculate design.
Note the closing dates were April and June 1981.
